Getting the Game: You can get the game by clicking on the applicable Register link on the Cal Ripken's Real Baseball home page and following the registration instructions. Once you submit a valid email address, you will be sent a "Temporary Password" so that you can login to Cal Ripken's Real Baseball. Check your email and click on the applicable link to Download RealBaseball. Once you submit your temporary password and your email address, you can choose any login name of your choice. From there, click the Download RealBaseball button and get started! Your login information will also gain you access into the playrealbaseball.com website when you login under "MyRealBaseball". From there, you can view your own personal character pages, check statistics, and browse through the RealBaseball LeaderBoard.
	Overview: What is Cal Ripken's Real Baseball? Cal Ripken's Real Baseball is the first video game to ever put 18 people on the same virtual field at the same time to compete for baseball bragging rights. Customize your own character traits and take the field with people from all around the world. Build up to 3 characters through successful game play with teammates in Pick Up Games, Tournaments, and Leagues. Baseball strategy and skill are just as important as video game prowess in RealBaseball. Objective: Why play Cal Ripken's Real Baseball? Experience something truly unique with Cal Ripken's Real Baseball. Aside from the prizes and competitions within RealBaseball, become a part of a truly amazing community. You don't just play by yourself against a team of artificial intelligent bots, you compete with friends and strangers, develop reputations, and earn bragging rights that truly mean something. Nuts and Bolts: What is the difference between the Game Client and the Website? Technologically, Cal Ripken's Real Baseball is a Game Client and a Web Site. The Game Client hosts games: tournaments, leagues, practices, and offers players a chance to communicate in public/private chats. Through the Game Client, players can adjust their skill sets and attributes with Skill Points and Parameter points earned through game play. The Web Site is the informational hub for Cal Ripken's Real Baseball. Use the website to chat on the dedicated forum, recruit players, view statistical leaders, read game reviews and tournament announcements. RealBaseball transforms the real world and virtual world into one sports information website, full with player profiles, team personalization features, and real-time LeaderBoards.
Code of Conduct: Cal Ripken's Real Baseball adheres to a very strict Code of Conduct that includes sections about proper language use, illegal exploitation of the game, and applicable reprimand's for violators. Please read through the CoC to find out what is and is NOT allowed within the Cal Ripken's RealBaseball. System Requirements: What does my computer need to have in order to play? When in the game, look for characters with RealBaseball GM and some corresponding number (ex: GM03). GM's are responsible for enforcing the Code of Conduct and helping players solve problems with game play and/or connection issues.
